Rep. Jason Crow, representing Colorado’s 6th district since 2019, recently expressed critical views on actions from the Trump administration through a series of tweets. Crow, a veteran of three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, attributes his concerns to the perceived lack of responsibility and accountability by former President Donald Trump and his administration officials.

On March 27, 2025, Crow addressed the forgetfulness of Trump administration officials, stating: "The inability of top Trump administration officials to remember basic facts & details is astonishing. Their reckless actions could have killed Americans."

In a subsequent tweet on March 28, 2025, Crow emphasized the importance of leadership and accountability, stemming from his military experience: "I served three combat tours in Iraq & Afghanistan. In the military, you lead by example. The cornerstone of leadership is accountability. Every American should be concerned that Donald Trump & his administration won’t take any responsibility for their serious mistakes."

Later that day, he called for accountability regarding a specific incident involving the mishandling of classified information, urging a resignation: "I don’t always agree with Dave–but on this we agree. The Trump administration’s reckless handling of classified information and leak of war plans is a grave mistake. There must be accountability. Hegseth must resign."
