Rep. Jason Crow, a U.S. Congressman representing Colorado's 6th district since 2019, has made public statements via social media addressing the economic climate and various political issues. Born in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1979, and currently residing in Aurora, Crow holds degrees from both the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and the University of Denver. Crow succeeded Mike Coffman as the representative of Colorado's 6th district. His recent tweets provide commentary on national leadership and economic policies, as well as details about local constituent services.

On April 5, 2025, Crow criticized President Donald Trump's leadership amidst economic concerns, stating, "Our economy advances toward a recession. Meanwhile, President Trump advances in a golf tournament. Complete failure of leadership."

The following day, on April 6, Crow announced a local event designed to assist constituents with tax-related issues. In his tweet, he stated, "Join #TeamCrow tomorrow for IRS Mobile Office Hours at Aurora Central Public Library! We’ll be able to help you navigate return delays, other IRS issues, and more!"

Furthering his critique on economic impacts, on April 7, 2025, Crow addressed tariff policies, claiming they were detrimental to personal financial security and the broader economy. He tweeted, "Trump’s tariff taxes are hurting your retirement savings and pensions. His policies are plunging us into a recession."
