Rep. Jason Crow, currently serving as a U.S. Congress member representing Colorado’s 6th district, shared his recent advocacy and perspectives in a series of posts. Crow, who replaced former U.S. Congress member Mike Coffman in 2019, was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and currently lives in Aurora. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and holds a JD from the University of Denver.
On April 16, 2025, Crow highlighted issues faced by military firefighters in accessing Veterans Affairs health care. He stated, "Too many military firefighters have been denied VA health care for conditions connected to their service. I'm introducing bipartisan legislation to make sure our servicemembers have the care they deserve."
Later that day, Crow commented on former President Donald Trump’s approach to governance, describing it as "divisive, narrow, and small." Contrasting Trump’s vision, Crow advocated for inclusivity and opportunity: "Instead of pitting us against each other, let’s lift people up & give everyone the opportunity to work hard & succeed. In another post on the same day, Rep. Crow acknowledged feedback from Colorado residents who are adversely affected by Trump's policies. He committed to continuing to share these experiences, stating, "Many Coloradans have reached out to me to share how their lives are being hurt by President’s Trump’s policies. I’m going to keep sharing their stories."
Jason Crow has served in the U.S. Congress, representing Colorado`s 6th District, since 2019.
