On April 11, 2025, Crow expressed his support for "bipartisan legislation to prevent Members of Congress from profiting off their positions." He stated, "Elected officials shouldn’t be trading stocks while in office...Let’s pass a ban on stock trading NOW." This comment underscores Crow's advocacy for transparency and anti-corruption measures within governmental operations.

Later on April 11, he critiqued recent actions by the Republican party. He mentioned that the GOP had "Hurt our economy with tariffs...Advanced a budget that cuts Medicaid and takes away health care from working people...Supported tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans & biggest corporations." Crow argues these measures prioritize wealthier individuals and corporations over average citizens.

He stated, "When billionaires & folks at the top talk about ‘short term pain’ from tariffs, they aren’t talking about themselves. Jason Crow, a University of Wisconsin and University of Denver alumnus, was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and now resides in Aurora.
