On March 4, 2025, Jason Crow criticized Donald Trump's foreign policy stance in a tweet stating that "Donald Trump is abandoning our allies. It’s shameful we have a President who would rather stand with murderous dictators like Vladimir Putin." He emphasized that supporting Ukraine is not merely an act of charity but serves America's self-interest. He concluded by asserting that America is less safe due to Trump's actions.
Later on the same day, Crow addressed potential repercussions of Trump's budget proposal on rural healthcare facilities in Colorado. He tweeted that "Colorado health care leaders have told me that if Donald Trump’s budget becomes law, rural hospitals will shut down." He added that the Republican budget is detrimental to working people and rural communities.
In another tweet posted shortly after, Crow announced his upcoming appearance on MSNBC with Ana Cabrera to discuss these issues further. He stated he would be discussing how "President Trump’s policies are abandoning our allies and making America less safe."
