Representative Jason Crow, currently serving in the U.S. Congress for Colorado’s 6th district since 2019, has addressed multiple topics of community and national interest. The remarks were shared on his social media profile on April 18, 2025, reflecting his ongoing commitment to both local and wider community issues.

On April 18, 2025, Jason Crow commemorated the solemn occasion of the Columbine High School massacre anniversary. He noted, "This weekend marks 26 years since the Columbine High School massacre. On this sober anniversary, our community recognizes the Columbine Day of Service–to remember the lives lost & give back through service. Learn more about how you can get involved." The statement calls on the community to reflect on the tragic event and participate in the Columbine Day of Service.

Later that day, Crow commented on the value of AmeriCorps NCCC in fostering community and national service. He relayed his concern about budgeting decisions, stating, "AmeriCorps NCCC promotes community & national service. Young Americans get to work doing disaster relief & environmental conservation jobs in Colorado & all 50 states. These DOGE cuts to @AmeriCorpsNCCC aren’t smart. They harm our community & Colorado." The tweet addresses proposed financial reductions and underscores Crow's belief in the program's importance.

In another post, Crow reflected on political communication, sharing, "Democrats often think we’re having a policy discussion with the American people. But until people understand that you care for them & hear their concerns—folks don’t care about your 21-point policy plan. We have to connect & listen to people first." This perspective highlights his focus on empathy and connecting with constituents before discussing detailed policy plans.

Jason Crow, born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 and now residing in Aurora, pursued a BA at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and later, a JD from the University of Denver.
